"Good food"

"Nice and clean hotel. Only two mebers of the staff were nice. The rest of the staff were unfriedly. Everybody make you feel that they are makjng you a favor. I was told by a front desk staff that maybe the rules are not from everybody. The frisrt 3 days I have to get my own coffe in the breakfast area. Everybody was chatting in the corner of the restaurant. They neeed a customer service training."

"Well the only thing l like about the property was the people. Most were very friendly. The hotel itself was terrible. It can use a makeover starting from the entrance, the lobby, and the rooms. In all my travels, l have never stayed in such a run down place. My luck, l had a first room with mildew all over the walls. The floor tiles were broken. The shower had mildew. The toilet seat looked like something that was there since the hotel opened up. Something you would find in a gas station toilet....

"The first room we got had very little air conditioning and the room smelled musty. The water from the shower was leaking out from the railing of the shower door. They changed our room and the second room was clean but the property needs to be upgraded. The staff was very helpful. The beach view was very nice and so was the pool."

"Todo excelente y sobretodo el personal del hotel Gracias ."

"La propiedad está en remodelacion, habitaciones muy abandonadas😢, la que nos tocó muy Antigua, no cuenta con secador y el baño está bastante abandonado, el personal muy amable , nos dieron habitación en un 4 piso y el ascensor estaba fuera de servicio . Muy costoso para lo que ofrecen , la cercanía a la playa vale el sacrificio , podrían ofrecer un mejor servicio de desayuno , cuando lo tomamos ya todo lo que ofrecían estaba frío . Tiene potencial espero mejoren pronto ."

"Had I known I will have a room without a window I would have never booked the stay. It’s not a hotel and definitely not 4 star as it states online. The place was sterile and clean but the sheets were half way stripped down when I got there and it is one of the most depressing places I have ever stayed. I would not stayed again for the money I paid."
