"I aske for a lake view she gave me a room it overlook the roof of the hotel restorant , I ask to change the told me the next day they will move me to room 514, when we got back from our guided trip the front desk gave a key to room 202 and told me it is great view when I question the change I told them I will check the room but it is not good then they gave me room 514, I should not go through this and I wonder if that happened because I reserved through third party "
