I aske for a lake view she gave me a room it overlook the roof of the hotel restorant , I ask to change the told me the next day they will move me to room 514, when we got back from our guided trip the front desk gave a key to room 202 and told me it is great view when I question the change I told them I will check the room but it is not good then they gave me room 514, I should not go through this and I wonder if that happened because I reserved through third party

This is definitely not a 5 star hotel maybe 4. Some rooms are sub par. Breakfast is basic. Toiletries are basic, hair fan weak. Staff is nice. Pool and Spa OK but small.

One of the best hotels we have stayed, We were very nervous as this was the first hostel stay in Argentina, but just the checkin experience itself made us feel comfortable. The hospitality is outstanding, each and every staff, let it be at the front desk or at the restaurant all were very polite and tried their level best to speak in English. The front desk lady, if I not wrong her name is Ben was amazing, she explained the amenities and services the hotel provides, even allowed us to checkout an hour late. They have luggage storage which is super helpful for people having late evening flights. The room was clean and tidy, has in room slippers and wardrobes, they have complimentary water bottles and a can of beer stored for you in the refrigerator. It’s lake facing and sunrise form the lake is amazing. Last but not least, have to mention the shuttle service that runs every hour to the downtown and back, giving the proximity to the shopping and dinner places. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend to my friends in case they travel to Patagonia.

I would like to start by saying that this is not a five star hotel as it has been advertised in Expedia. The hotel has several limitations for example all rooms are not insulated and you can hear what the people in the room next you are talking even with a normal voice level. We stayed for two nights with some friends and we stayed in three different rooms. All of my friends were in agreement with this statement. My next door neightboor was noisy all night and I could sleep, It is very unfortunate and very frustrated not be able to rest or sleep. The hotel management is informed about the lack of privacy and they have not done anything about it. The supervisor at the front desk said there have been several complains about this same issue in the past from other customers. This was a really uncomfortable situation, Please be aware of this when you are making a reservation.

The property sits on a very scenic location with rooms facing the lake. That is the best part. However, the rooms are not maintained. Eg a broken arm rest of a chair that was just kept in place and falling shower head. Someone can be seriously hurt. The food is average. Breakfast is ways below par. The hotel staff is trained to ask for payment immediately when you place the order, not after you are served or ready to leave. It is really a cheap mannerism and very insulting for a so called high class resort. Under the guise of sustainability, they provide only a refilled bottle of water in the room, with written instructions that guest can refill in hotel lobby. Really? Heard of customer service or hospitality? And they sell plastic water bottles in the Bar for $3 each. The staff doesnt seem to like working there, and reflects in their dealing with the guests. Highly suggest some serious staff training and change in service attitude if you wish to attract clientele. You have a prime property, pls pay attention to service and dining!

El hotel esta bonito, se pago habitacion con vista al lago, pero no fue gan agradable, el agua tebia una especie de planta que no la dejaba apreciar bien. En cuanto a la atencion del personal nunca tuvimos ayuda para trasladar el equipaje, era un viaje lsrgo y contabanos con varias maletas grandes, mas las de cabina y objeto personal, aun asi nadie se ofrecio a llevarlas a la habitación. Esta retirado de la ciudad en si, tienes que transportarte en vehículo de preferencia. Fuera de eso, un hotel ameno.

El Hotel es muy lindo con una vista preciosa. Personal muy amable, rico desayuno. El hotel cuenta con un busesito para llevarte al centro, donde se encuentran muchos restaurantes. Tiene un box lunch muy bien preparado, lo que es muy conveniente para llevar a los tour.

Modern hotel on Lake Argentina

Rooms are clean, modern, and large, but the bathroom was small and cramped. Wifi was poor when we were there, but it apparently was an issue with the provider so it might be better other times? Breakfast had a lot of options. Laundry is hilariously expensive. Location is beautiful.
