It was the same room, not an upgrade, which made it feel like the room was already ready and that it was more about not allowing early access. I understand early check-in policies and that it’s up to the hotel. However, considering it wasn’t that early, it wasn’t high season, and I’m a repeat guest, I feel the situation could have been handled differently."
