Room as clean and relatively spacious, the food at the restaurant by the pool is of the highest quality offering local dishes and outstanding service. I also tried the SPA, and they were able to accommodate a massage on short notice. Certainly when traveling to Bucaramanga in the future I will stay here again."

"Decent location about 10 minute walk across the river to town. Very accommodating staff. Busy only on weekends. Breakfast buffet on weekends. To-order on weekdays. Elevators and hot showers were rather hit or miss. Overall it was fine for the money. "

"The service in this hotel was amazing - they anticipated our needs at every step. They remembered our drink orders from day to day, the laundry was very fast, etc. Sebastian was especially helpful. The rooms and balconies are spacious (although they could use a bit of new paint on some walls and pictures to warm up the room). Every room has a view of the mountains. We loved the spa and would highly recommend it. The only downside was that it was very difficult to get ahold of them by email...
