Hotel with a Concierge in Sarajevo Canton from AED39

"Lovely hotel. The Viennese cafe is beautiful. The cafe and the bar are really good value for money, not the usual hiked up hotel prices. The corridors have a nice decor and the rooms are nice. I had a great view overlooking the garden and the Gazi Husrev-beg Mosque which was lit up nicely at night. Rooms have an extra bit of security when you go out - you get a standard key lock as well as digital card entry. "

"WE ENJOYED OUR STAY HERE VERY MUCH. IN FACT IT WAS PERFECT! THE HOTEL WAS CLEAN, COMFORTABLE AND EXTREMELY WELL LOCATED, JUST A STEP OUT OF THE BACK DOOR TO THE OLD CITY. THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL AND ARRANGED A TOUR FOR US TO TRAFNIK THAT WAS A HIGHLIGHT. BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT. I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN. WE LOVED THE FACT THAT IT WAS A FAMILY-RUN HOTEL."

"In good location , hotel is tastefully decorated, very clean and up-to-date,. first day, the breakfast was great, second day, we went to have breakfast around 9 (breakfast time 7 to 10), somehow not enough food already."

"The shower was cold water not hot enough to have a comfortable shower. When addressed to the hotel we was told mamangament would be notified and nothing was done about the complaint. Luckily we were only in this hotel for 2 days. When leaving the hotel they didnt seem to care that the water was cold even when it was tested by a member of the staff who agreed. No remurbisment was offered. The breakfast was a sham only very limited food available. I would not recommened this hotel. Stay in the...
