This is a great and comfortable hotel just a quick downhill walk from Baščaršija. The room was very comfortable and clean and the staff were very easygoing and kind. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to experience old town Sarajevo

Wonderful stay

Very nice location with easy access to the old city but high on a hill so not for the elderly or infirm. Friendly helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Parking on premises. Would stay here again.

Awesome location

Location was just perfect for our needs, near the old town, cable car and view point. We enjoyed of our two night stay. Breakfast was also great. It was quite a steep hill to the hotel, but it ensured peaceful surroundings.

The hotel Aziza has a Wonderful history. It sits at the top of the hill with an amazing view of the city. The climb is hefty but worth it. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The room and bathroom are spacious and clean. The breakfast is also full of variety. Would definitely recommend the hotel!!

The hotel is walking distance of the main Sarajevo tourist attraction, Bascarsija. It is downhill walking, but going back up to the hotel can be hard if you are not used to walking. Many people were using taxi for their return journey. The hotel is clean, accommodating and has a friendly staff.

Lovely, clean modern hotel with friendly helpful staff. The location high up in the old town was very handy too. Sarajevo is a fine city with great people and a tragic recent history, tge history being the reason for me and my colleagues' visit. Highly recommended.

Lovely Family Hotel

Farouk at reception gave great restaurant ideas and gave us a choice of rooms when the reservation he had said it was for a couple, but we were a family of three. Lovely to have the history of the hotel documented and for its unique room numbering. Loved the fact that it is not a chain and most importantly a very comfortable bed. Just across the road from the hotel gave great views of the city and it was an easy walk down a reasonably steep hill to the old town..

Otelin yeri başçarşıya çok yakın yalnız yokuş yorabilir. Araçla geliyorsanız önünde park edebileceğiniz yerler mevcut. Kahvaltısı oldukça yeterliydi. Odamız temiz ve ferahtı. Otelin manzarası da muhteşem. Biz sadece lavabo gideriyle ilgili sorun yaşadık. Tekrar gelsem yine otel azizada kalırım. Çok memnun ayrıldık.
