"Leaving a very honest review for people looking to book here. After reading all of these reviews I was very excited for our stay. We were placed in a 3 bedroom ground level unit to fit 7 people. 5 adults,7 year old and a 10 month old. We stayed 6 nights/7 days. Positives: The location was great proximity to the beach! The pool was great to use and kept pretty clean. Had lots of chairs to relax and chill on. Kitchen had pretty much everything needed. Negatives: The cleanliness was just not there. Spider webs all over the light fixtures. Hair and dust on the baseboards and very dusty ceiling fans. Crumbs and dirt on the rug and floors. Very damp environment down there. The floors are warped and popping up so you had to watch out for that. No fans in the bathrooms that had showers. We had to ask for a broom and vacuum for the rug and floor before we could sit baby down on it comfortably. No pool or towel replacements for our stay. They would only replace bath towels every 3 days. Our last two days of our stay we found alive cockroaches each day in the dining/kitchen area. Which I know Florida has bugs but that was very unsettling. I contacted manager and she did have her pestcontrol come after we left.Place needs more TLC than it’s getting after each guest and during one’s stay. Would not stay here again. After waiting and planning for this trip for almost a year it was a letdown for what we got. The woman who I spoke to was very nice and tried to help as much as she could. "
