"Only complaint on the room was the refrigerator was inoperable, even though it was plugged in and light on. There was no dial to increase cooling. We planned on enjoying a cold French wine in the room before dinner, but it did not happen."

"We stayed 5 days, 4 nights with 2 kids. We enjoyed our time at this hotel very much. We very much appreciated that this is the 1st stop for pick up on the shuttle to Disney as we didn’t realize that when trying to select a hotel. The indoor play ground is a great option to burn energy and is open fairly late. The swimming pools are excellent with the indoor and outdoor options. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was great however selective on what was cleared and cleaned up towards to the tail end of the stay which wasn’t a dealbreaker just odd. The lobby scent is a bit offensive and strong and that would be my only complaint."

"paid for suite with balcony and never got it. didnt bother argue with the staff and took room they gave me. room was clean and what we needed as we spent almost every day at Disney. walking distance to the park. also to mall. Overall i was satisfied with stay and would stay there again but would argue for what i paid for."

"Great size apartment for two people. The pull out sofa bed was easy to take out and put away each day. Location was great for getting food shopping from Val d'Europe and was a comfortable walking distance from the parks when looking to avoid crowds during the shuttle bus's peak times. We only used the kitchen facilities for making cold breakfasts and lunches. This was fine for us but the counter space was small and I'm not sure how easy it would be to cook a bigger meal. There also wasn't room for a drying rack when washing up so you have to dry as you go. Shower was great temperature and pressure. The toilet was in a separate room to the sink. Not an issue for us (doors could be opened with elbows) but could be something for others to consider."

"It was a really nice hotel; the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is only a 15- to 20-minute walk to the Disney Village and Disney parks, which was great as it saved us from having to wait for the shuttles back to the hotel after the fireworks. The only negative I found was the lack of vegan options, as my husband has a dairy allergy and he really struggled to find things to eat."
