"I had difficulty finding the shuttle bus at the airport as the hotel's advice was poor. It directed me to platform 2F, which was not correct. iI did not mention that at the airport the shuttle buses can be found near the airport hotel information. There were no signs at the airport about buses or shuttle buses. The hotel webpage mentioned that the regular bus schedule is different on weekends, but no information about whether there is a regular schedule on the weekend. Someone said that the hotels do not pick up during the day on the weekend. Texts I sent to the hotel were not answered. I did not know what to do. The shuttle came after an hour. I hope the hotel updates the directions to find the shuttle bus to information so it is very useful for travellers"

"The room was very clean, tv options good and the location convenient to Disney! The daily shuttle was a great amenity and the staff was so friendly! The pool was amazing, the water warm, we felt recharged and our skin so soft after every swim. The jetted side tubs were great The breakfast buffet was phenomenal, definitely worth it! The decor around the hotel was cute and aesthetic I have nothing negative to say about this stay"

"I just feel the bathroom was a bit dingy. The queues for food on a morning was horrendous. The pool area was a bit off putting. Saying that of the above, the hotel was super busy and the staff worked very hard. My husband picked up little people had just dropped on the floor by the lifts (disgusting people). The bed was super comfy. Nice 15 minute walk to the parks. I would stay here again, but it could do with a little update. If would also recommend this hotel."

"Hôtel offrant une belle qualité de service. Mention spéciale pour les initiatives environnementales telle remplissage de bouteilles d’eau à volonté et sans frais. Possibilité de recevoir un crédit de 5 euros par jour si on ne demande pas le ménage pour sauver quelques lavages."
