"I was staying at the hotel the night before I flew home. Very convenient, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately I fell just before I got to the hotel, hurt my arm and shoulder and was in a lot of pain. The staff went above and beyond to take care of me. Helped me with my luggage, got me ice, pulled a modified sling together and were exceptionally kind. Madeleine was especially great. I can’t thank them enough for the TLC when I was hurting and a bit in shock. "

The check-in and checkout process was fast, the hotel room was comfortable, and the breakfast very complete. I would highly recommend this hotel to any in transit passenger who needs to stay overnight in Paris to catch an early flight."
