Man hat Gefühl, man schläft nicht auf die Matratze, sondern auf die Holzbretter😟. Bettwäsche, mit Haaren 😖. Einrichtung selber Uralt, teilweise kaputte Sachen. In Kommode lagen noch die Wäsche (bestimmt von vorherigen Gästen) 😟. Wir waren in Dachgeschoss. Zimmer sind sehr eng, so wie Bad - es ist vielleicht 1mx1,5m und da ist...

Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich, allerdings war eine Verständigung weder auf deutsch noch auf englisch möglich, was laut Hotelbeschreibung möglich sein sollte. Für die kalte Heizung hatte Sie keine Lösung parat. Auf die Nachfrage nach einer elektrischen Heizung am Folgetag wurde dann schnell reagiert. "Tolle Lage für Wanderungen ins Böhmische Paradies. Der Gastgeber gibt wertvolle Tipps, was man in der Umgebung erreichen kann. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Sauna ist sehr schön an kühlen Oktobertagen. Wir kommen gerne wieder."

"Es ist das abartigste was ich jemals als Hotel gesehen habe . Schade das ich keine Bilder hochladen kann. Ich habe 120 € pro Nacht bezahlt weil nichts mehr frei war in harrarov was schon der dreifache Preis als üblich ist . Ich bin Abend 20 Uhr angekommen unfreundlich das Personal so begann der Alptraum . Dann das Zimmer nicht vorbereitet nicht bezogen der Müll der Gäste davor alles kaputt und beschädigt die Matratzen vesüft ekelhaft unfassbar . Die Rezeption damit konfrontiert mit Bilder die...
