"Localización y tamaño. Falta mantenimiento: el agua se va varias veces a lo largo del día por falta de presión, el extractor de la cocina no funcionó en 10 días a ninguna hora, y la ventana del dormitorio estaba rota, no se pudo abrir en 10 días. A los 5 días de estar allí se descolgó hacia dentro con el viento y tuvieron que apuntalarla con un palo para que no se cayera. Así estuvo los 5 días restantes."

"We were a family of 5 and our kids loved our apartment—so far one of the best hotels we have ever been to. It was really huge and luxurious. We had 2 rooms and 2 separate bathrooms, the rooms have balconies and even on the living room as well — overlooking the sea. The open kitchen and living room was really so nice, it really felt like home. The breakfast buffet was good, there were a lot of options and even after staying for almost a week, we never got tired of it. The staff were ok as well....

"The staff and property are exceptional and would definitely look to repeat our stay in the future."

"Fantastic hotel ! Firstly really nice place with beautiful grounds, great food , new amenities and beach close by . Staff were excellent and kept high standard service ! Definitely place to come back !"

"Wouldn’t stay again. Lots of teenagers on sports tour. Very noisy, rooms not sound proof. Food very basic. Staff very helpful"

"No welcome pack so take everything you’ll need for your stay. Once you’re settled in it’s a fantastic place to stay. We enjoyed the beach and padel"

"I stayed one night as I wanted to go to Algarve and was flying in late. Looked for a Hotel not to far from airport and in area where I can see something new for me. Breakfast was super, bed perfect. Drive from Airport was ok. Beside that I had used nothing from the hotel."

"The staff was excellent!"

"Tranquille / propre / service excellent/ pas sur le bord de la mer mais à distance de marche"

"The gym was a home gym , no towels , and water is nit in cooler, you have to ask the front desk to turn on air conditioning, the cleaning staff that cleaned are room were terrible, they did not refill water , they just made bed and gave towels , coffee cups were not cleaned , breakfast was ok , the rooms are not maintained, tv was crooked on the wall , trims are coming off , to bad this looks like a new hotel"

"Really nice place. Loved it!"

"Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with our overall experience. The rooms are quite dated and, in our opinion, do not feel particularly luxurious. Our room also wasn’t cleaned on one of the days, despite us being out at the pool for the entire day. The main pool area was another disappointment. The sun loungers and seating are very basic, with no cushions, and the pool service was very limited. Cups and glasses were left on tables throughout the day without being collected, which...

"Beautiful property will definitely go there again. The pool is not heated, which is good to know. Air conditioner in our room and the fan in our room would not turn on so it was a very warm night. Bed was very comfortable and the resort is beautiful."

"I booked this hotel as it said parking available and it didn’t mention any fees. Upon arrival, first they said parking is not available and when I insisted and showed them my booking, they gave me a parking and charged me 5 euros! Everything else was good"

"Lots of activities if you’re travelling with children"

"The property was unique"
