"Location is central, hotel,"

"Room was clean. Staff are great. The location is close to almost everything. You can't sleep well at night due to beating music throughout the night even with windows closed. AC wasn't working and the non smoking room was full of tobacco smell but they have changed the room for us to a smaller yet AC working. As we complained, they have given us robes as a compensation."

"The place is clean the rooms are big the staff is friendly and the breakfast Buffett is amazing"

"Thet tourist attractions of Big Goose Pavilion and the Tang Everlasting Night pedestrian street is right outside the hotel front lobby. We were given a quiet room far from the elevator. With all the activities outside, we could not hear a thing and had restful sleep during our stay. The subway station is about a 10 min. walk and the Shangxi History Museum is about a 20 min. walk. The room itself did show some wear but over all was still a solid 4 out of 5 star. During our last day of...

"Perfect in every way"

"Breakfast very good Nice staffing Very clean room"

"Super clean and practical room. Very spacious. Drop off and pick up from the front of the property are super easy as it’s a corner property. Close to everything you want to see in XIAN."

"Amazing location. An oasis of peace in busy city. Great breakfast! Easy to walk or taxi to locations in walled city or nearby. Use Didi for taxis for better rate, though they cannot pick up directly in the hotel campus. There are two other hotels plus conference centers on this enclosed historic square."

"Hotel bello, pulito, stanza ampia colazione perfetta fatta all istante, forse un po lontano dalla metro ma con didi o taxi a poco prezzo giri la città, straconsigliato"

"Communication with the hotel is an issue. Before the trip, I texted the hotel twice. But without a response. I asked Expedia to contact the hotel. It ended up going nowhere since the person answered the phone had difficulty in another language. It is a little surprise for a major international chain."

"So close to Bell & drum towers / Muslim district. One of the best hot pot places in town is directly across the way. Breakfast was very good & all the staff was super friendly."

"The reason why we picked this hotel was due to the location and it did not fail. This hotel is located conveniently near restaurants and the Muslim quarters. The staff at the hotel was very professional and kind, even with the language barrier. We used a translator app with no issues. We picked a two bed room and we were given the room with a kids play area (traveling with no kids). We didn’t mind at all. We cared about the space and the cleanliness. Which this hotel was perfect for that. The...
