"For the price paid, it's quite a steal! It's very near Matsue JR Station, and provides both breakfast and dinner free of charge. Room is spacious and even comes with a sofa! (See photo) A pity that the onsen is under maintenance when I was there. Do note that the lobby and staff counter is at Level 1, while the ground level from JR Station is their "Level 2", in other words, you need to climb 2 flights of stairs down to check in. Not easy when carrying a heavy luggage."

"Highly value-for-money! The experience was worth every dollar paid. Service staff were polite and helpful. If you are an onsen-goer, its onsens are some of the best. 4 pools, 2 indoor (1 is a cold bath) and 2 outdoor. There is also a sauna. There is free ice cream after onsen and supper every night! Ask for Oomori if you would like a large bowl. Free washing machine with detergent too. Most importantly, it is just beside Izumo JR Station. Highly recommended!"

"母との旅行で利用しました。 こちらのミスで到着時間が遅れ、最寄り駅までの迎えをキャンセルしてしまいましたが、19時までは迎えに行けますのでと改めて言っていただけたのはありがたかったです。 宿から徒歩１分くらいに持ち帰りできる温泉水があったのもよかったです。 食事の際、飲み物を追加したいと思ってもスタッフさんを呼ぶ方法がなく、中々通らないこともあったりと不便なこともありました。 お料理はどれもおいしく、特に肉は飲み込むのがもったいないくらい美味しかった。 温泉は湯船も洗い場も広々としていて、熱すぎずゆっくり浸かることができました。 個人的にはメイク落としも浴室内にあるといいなと思いました。 客室はちょっと、嫌な思いをしたのでその点だけ評価は下がっていますが、こちらの宿を選んでよかったです。 ありがとうございました。"
