The property is gorgeous and the building is very well maintained. The seaview to the harbor and ocean is serene. There is no noise from the marina or harbor. Staff was very attentive. The rooms were not missing anything. They were generously outfitted with robes, pool sandals, pool bag etc. we had a very memorable stay.

The Agilia Ortigia Charme Hotel is absolutely superb. Firstly, we were lost in Syracuse, but when we called the hotel to get some guidance, very nice man name Marchello gave us excellent directions and then met us outside the hotel which was a huge help after a long day of driving in Sicily. It was amazing, and we wished we could have stayed longer! The front desk staff we extremely friendly and professional, the room had an incredible view and the breakfast was one of the best we had in Sicily.

My wife and I loved our stay here. We booked it for our last day in Sicily because it was near the airport. But when we arrived, we realized how extraordinary this hotel is. It’s absolutely beautiful—with service to match. The pool is incredible. And the staff treated us like royalty. We particularly enjoyed Luigi, our server, and our meals were excellent! Salvatore, the hotel manager, also went above and beyond for us. We highly recommend staying here.
