"An excellent hotel in an excellent location. A few things of note: - We had a superior atrium room, the bathroom is not totally separate from the room itself - the sink and vanity are in the room and the shower and toilet are in separate cubicles which open into the room. This was slightly awkward as we were travelling as friends but we managed to work around it. - Staff were friendly but could have been more efficient. "كانت الاقامة ثلاث ليالي الليله الاولى كانت باطلاله على الحديقه الخلفيه ومن ثم طلبنا الانتقال لغرفة باطلاله على البحيره الاطلاله جدا جميله حيث ان الفندق يقع على مرتفع مما اعطى اطلاله رائعه الفندق جيد والغرف نظيفة لاكن الغرفة المطله على البحيره رائحة الحمام غير جيده لاكن بصفه عامه الفندق جميل والاقامه كانت رائعه"

"Was booked into a different room than I reserved, property smelled of mold and seemed to be men only. Room door didn't open all the way and was situated directly between doors to showers so partially clothed men were surrounding me as I tried to get in the room. Oh and the main door was not secured, wide open when I arrived. Ultimately decided to leave and book elsewhere."
