"Super helpful staff who couldn't do enough for us. Good location near to the main train and bus stations for connecting trips. Use of a kettle in the foyer was very welcome and a great view over the city from the terrace. Sadly we were allocated the smallest room in the hotel which wasn't anything like the picture on Expedia but we note, the picture has since been changed. But it didn't spoil our trip as we weren't in the room very much anyway!"
