"I requested a higher floor and was very satisfied with the view. The room was adequate size compared to another Shila Stays in Seoul. However, there were not many restaurants or stores in walking distance. We had to go to other neighborhood for food. GS25(a convenient store like a 7 Elven) on the first floor open 24/7 was great spot to grab snacks and experience a Korean convenient food. It would be great if you are looking for a hotel with a good view and quite place to reset but it certainly...

"The parking was easy (make sure you provide license plate number), front desk was kind but the room, specially bathroom can be cleaner. The breakfast buffet was excellent (needs reservation) and the view from the room was excellent! I would stay here again without a doubt."

"We stayed at this property four years ago and were very happy. Not this time: Unhelpful staff with very limited English. We left a "make up room sign" for housekeeping after the first night at 9:30 am, and at 2:30 pm our room was not done. Only after a discussion with staff did it get it done. The quality and variety of the breakfast was at least one level below that of four years ago. Our corner room with ocean view was good. But overall, this is not a four star property anymore, as claimed."

"Lovely property! Spacious rooms with all the great amenities and touches of a modern hanok stay. Would recommend to those who seek a traditional korean accommodation. Recommend having a car or taking a taxi to reach nearby restaurants, shopping, and tour sights."

"On our first night, the whole light was off. I had to call the reception desk to fix the light, and all of us was waiting for the fix. we were so exhausted, just waiting... we couldn't even take a shower or anything. It took almost an hour to complete fix. On the next day, I couldn't turn the light off..... I had to call the reception to fix it again... They said sorry, but I'm not sure whether it was right approach to handle this issue. Second of all, except for Tesla super charger, there were...

"Great oceanview rooms"

"Clean spacious room The water purification unit at the room was impressive and useful. Has a pleasant stay. ."

"Great location and spotless room, kind staff! I can't ask for more, highly recommended 👌 👍"

"The staff was nice. The facility is very old in general. The rooms are different from pictures, and it is very disappointing for the rate value for this level of condition. My family really expected the swimming pool, but it needs serious maintenances and to be cleaned."
