Lovely property very close to harbor but far enough away to be quiet. The room was comfortable and we had the ocean view version with a great view. Staff very nice and helpful.

Ziba Luxury Villa was incredible. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the villa was beautiful with stunning views. The private pool and peaceful surroundings made our stay perfect. Highly recommend!

Amazing staff, pool, and food

Beautiful setting and location. This place is fantastic with a relaxing atmosphere, great service but not overdone, with a sense that you are more of a guest at a home stay. The food is really great and they will help you and your partner celebrate a birthday or other event, but not a place to go and party down if that’s what you want.

I booked for 1 day and stayed for over two week. Great value comes with breakfast and the room and bathroom beautiful and clean. The room i stsyrd in was a beautiful surprise. The room is on the second floor in family home. Felt safe and comfortable.

My family and I stayed here for 2 nights and they loved this hotel. Short 5 min walk to Ahungalla Beach. ~ 15 min tuk tuk ride to Galle Fort. ~ 10 min tuk tuk ride to a sea turtle hatchery. We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa and my kids (age 10, 9, 7 and 5) loved the pool and watching the monkeys jump by through the trees overhead. The food was great and the staff was super helpful and friendly.

I loved the staff honestly they were super friendly with my daughter and me… My daughter was very comfortable with davinda. She became good friends with the surf instructor Kyle and loved the surfing experience she had with him making it one of the most wonderful experiences she had … The chef was extraordinary there making sure I tried authentic Sri Lankan food … Over all I’m definitely visiting them again when coming to Sri Lanka … The resort was out of this world honestly…

So happy to have found this boutique hotel for the last day in Srilanka. The sushi restaurant had no digital menu on their IG account and had a very long wait time for orders but presuming that's because it was very quiet not many guests... Aside from that, beautiful experience in Hikkaduwa!

Outstanding small villa recently renovated and styled in a very tasteful and relaxing design. We loved it. Communication via WhatsApp with the owner’s daughter was prompt, efficient and with excellent English. She organised our safari, which went smoothly (and the driver was excellent). Upon arrival, we were met by the very charming Anusha who was a lively presence during our short, one-night stay. This most comfortable and cleaned hotel we stayed through out our trip in Srinlanka. Room were super clean and comfortable. Staff the owner her wife and two other person were extremely helpful and positive. I recommend this Hotel whenever you are in UNAWATUNA>.

This is a piece of paradise! No way to describe how much we loved it. It’s tucked away in the jungle but you arrive to luxurious cabin surrounded by nature. From the fresh squeezed juice upon arrival to the magnificent dinner and an unbelievable sunset over the lake it was perfect! They made us feel like royalty. The nicest young men and the absolute best food in the entire country!!!
