"I wish I could rate my experience higher but this Hyatt lacks customer service. When I called the front desk, they put me on hold, then hung up on me. The issue was never resolved - the thermostat in the apartment is really hard to adjust and the hotel did not provide support. The bed was not comfortable, the fact that there was no duvet cover but triple sheeting instead, and the lack of any bathroom amenities reveal the cheapness of the place. "The room itself was very nice. We had a few hiccups for our 3 night stay. The sink drain was clogged so we moved to another room. We didn’t know the pool/hottub was being renovated when we booked our stay. That was one of the main reasons we booked here. Our keys stopped working every day we stayed. And most importantly, the lobby smelled like a porta-potty. I couldn’t tell what caused it, but I suspect it’s their cleaning solutions they use. On a positive note, it has access to the bike path....
