"After a warm and happy late check in, I wondered to my room to find a disaster unfold. As it was late at night I had no opportunity to leave as the staff leave at 1030pm Many windows have been left open and there were a number of mosquitoes in the room The towel rail fell off the wall as soon as I lifted a towel. Then I informed my towel to find dark stains all over it. There was blood over a number of pillows and sheets. The floor had not been cleaned properly and my feet were filthy within five minutes of having a shower. About 7 long hairs over the duvet and the sheets of the double bed. On a positive note, the room was very quiet and the shower powerful. The staff were all very nice. The hotel replaced the dirty towels and gave me some mosquito spray. I could not want to stay here again."

"The two-bedroom apartment was very spacious and well-designed, with two bathrooms that made it especially convenient. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. While the breakfast was good, it could be improved by offering a wider variety of options for guests who do not eat pork or beef"
