"I stayed at the Victory Hotel for 5 nights and had a most enjoyable experience. The room was exceptionally clean and housekeeping was wonderful. I especially enjoyed the towel warmers in the bathroom ...Breakfast items were diverse and plentiful and the scrambled eggs and orange juice were delicious. The location was in the heart of Gamla Stan - walkable to many cafes, shopping and the train station. Staff were polite and helpful. Highly recommend Victory Hotel and would stay here again. "

"The hotel is an adult hotel and not allowing teenagers to use pool and gym.. ı have booked the trip for Easter holiday for my child and paid extremely high price for just sitting in the hotel room .. -7 degree, snowing weather.. So hotel must clarify the status as adult hotel and should not sell the room for families without notifying.. there were no notice about this policy about the hotel while booking.. Cost us huge amount of money with huge disappointment.."

"My partner and I stayed at the Berns Hotel for a long weekend in May and could not have been happier. The room was beautifully appointed, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the hotel breakfast was absolutely delicious, the hotel location was perfect, and most of all, the staff was incredibly gracious, kind, attentive, and helpful -- up there with the best service we've received at any hotel ever. "This is a great place, lovely garden and pool area and the castle itself. Now the pool area can be designed better with a more exclusive feel. I have traveled A LOT and the rooms are not on par with money paid and the castle overall. I stayed in the ”Wenner-gren” house I believe it’s called. The castle building is lovely. We also used tennis and boule facilities. "
