"There was a wedding the night I stayed. They set up the stage right next to my window. It was so loud that even with the ear plugs, I couldn’t avoid hearing the loud music and partying. My bed was vibrating with the noise. I felt like I was put inside a loudspeaker way past midnight. And they charged me the full price for that. Otherwise, the staff was friendly, there was a swimming pool, and the sea views were great. "

The hostess, in order to turn on the air conditioner (it turned out to be just a fan in the form of an air conditioner, it didn’t cool at all), stood with her dirty feet on the pillow ... "Overall pleasant stay rooms were great, but there was issue with the wifi( not secure enough) someone hacked our email and my kids app store on ipad, but we recovered back. Also we tried to bill to our room when we purchase whether to use the spa service or in the pool, we couldn’t, we had to pay separately all the time. We complained to reception but they just said they will investigate thats all. No apology or tried to do anything. Also for 5 star hotel food was average."
