Though minibar indicated as included in price, alas, no minibar. Have to beg for towels. At least the long-time staff members still friendly, albeit being restricted by current management in assisting the guests. I miss the old Royalton of even just three years ago. "

"The location is excellent. All major companies and offices in Hitech city are within 15 minutes. The staff were great and very helpful. Excellent food with buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rooms are old and needs improvement, bathrooms are horrible with poor drainage. ACs make loud noises and was leaking. Needs to improve rooms, HVAC."
