"Excellent staff all over particularly the restaurant staff were beyond excellent. Very helpful to the client and cater accordingly to the client needs. The only issue I had is that they have WiFi access to only 2 devices which is very inconvenient for the person staying in the hotel. But overall excellent hotel with excellent staff."

"They said the reservation is not listed and asked me to leave. I left and stayed in another hotel."

"The location was decent and so are the rooms. I’m just not happy with the customer service. It’s quite lacking even though the staff have the best of intention. They need proper training and a new check in check out system"

In-room dining experience was excellent as well and food was delicious . The hotel was kid-friendly, accommodative and considerate of my toddler’s food needs. Highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay. "
