"Rural gite, good facilities, super helpful owner. Plenty of space, good Wi-Fi, and cool even without air conditioning. Really enjoyed our time here."

"Our stay at “au pays de Jacquou” was absolutely wonderful. Somehow remote, but also close enough (7 km) to Thenon, the village where we attended a wedding. Staff (the owners themselves and their little daughter) was very helpful and very kind. It happened that they were invited to the wedding as well! So cool! Continental Breakfast was included in our stay. The room was very spacious and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The environment was very quiet. When I go back to Dordogne in...

"Great property in lovely peaceful setting with kind and considerate hosts that made us feel very welcome. The gite is well maintained and very clean with all mod cons to help make a relaxing and restful stay. "

"We had a wonderful stay in this rustic house with a fantastic pool. The hosts were brilliant and sorted any problems with speed. The surrounding area is charming and full of beautiful towns and attractions."

"Communicatios with Daniel, were excellent and he always responded quickly. The Chalet was lovely and the surrounding gardens were huge. It was well equipped throughout. I would totally recommend a visit to the Chateau de Hautefort which is very local. A lovely chalet in a beautiful area, well worth a visit!"

"The house was in an excellent location with easy access to shops and restaurants. The location of the house and it’s views were stunning, the owners of the house were very friendly and met on arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend as a place to stay."

"Très agréables. Chalet confortable.

Merci"

"We had a fabulous week at La Faurie. The location is ideal - quiet and surrounded by beautiful farmland but also within easy walking distance of the village where, among other amenities, you will find a very well appointed local bar/general store. The house had everything we needed and wasn’t too hot at night, despite the heat wave. The pool was a good size and fenced off so safe for kids. It was great to be able to wander in the surrounding fields, especially at sunset. We couldn’t fault...
