The only compliant was that we were there when one of the two elevators was down, and that was rough. VERY long waits for an elevator and often had to go all the way up/down before getting to your floor. BUT obviously one elevator was better than an accident on a faulty elevator. Just frustrating."

"Beautiful property, friendly staff. Helped us with early check in and getting more water bottles. Only issue was bed was too hard and pillows were too soft. Lots of people at the pool, but it’s high season. Had to pay for parking, which I am not used to for South Padre Island. However, there was limited noise at night. We will absolutely stay again if the price is right. "

But everyone at front desk assisted, plus manager worked something out so i can stay sunday night. Instead of just throwing me outside on streets. "
