"If you’re catching a flight out of Hobby or just want a few days staycation, you can’t go wrong staying here. The staff is top notch and they service impeccable! I recommend visiting Wayne the bar tender at the hotel’s bar; everything he puts into a glass with or without alcohol is just what you were looking for even if you didn’t know what you were looking for when you walked in. The pool!! Go and see for yourself this oasis by the airport. The rooms are large, the beds comfortable and room service is on time and with a smile. Try the lobster ravioli, I was there 3 days and ordered it twice. They also have a free shuttle service that leaves every 15 minutes to the airport."

"We aren’t sure what has disappointed us the most. The tub is rusted, the shower doesn’t get warmer than room temperature, there is fast food trash in the hallways, the AC constantly drips water onto the carpet, the whole hotel smells musty, including the pillows, the tables at the dining room are sticky, and to top it off, there are about 10 working channels on the TV’s, 11 if you count the Guide. The staff were friendly though, that’s worth a star. "

"friendly staff I encountered when checking in and it’s was fast & easy. Breakfast buffet was delicious you can make your own waffle. They have restaurant located by the front desk which is convenient. There’s a playground, outdoor pool, pinic area unfortunately we didn’t get used because of the weather. Mike the general manager made sure my family had everything we needed during our stay. We will definitely stay again!"
