"Loved the curtain separating the sofa area and bedroom area. Our daughter was able to pump her breast milk in private. The kitchenette was great, we were able to wash the babies bottles and keep milk fresh in residential size fridge. Our 5 yr old grandson enjoyed the pool to the fullest. There were plenty of stores nearby for shopping, as well as a variety of fast food and restaurants."

The front desk clerk on duty when I checked in was surly and disdainful. I was made to complete paperwork, even though the room was reserved and paid for before I arrived. "This hotel SHOULD have gotten very high ratings except for their lack of concern for a hot shower. Upon arrival, the lobby, halls, and rooms were ridiculously cold from A/C. We turned off AC for awhile, then had to turn on HEAT to warm the room back up. Finally, my daughter took a shower to get rid of the chill but the water was lukewarm. I paid for two rooms. Early next morning I attempted to shower and again it was only lukewarm so we never showered. I told the front desk I was...

"Hotel and room were exceptionally clean and accommodating. The pool was as well. The only issue was that they didn't have the room available that I paid for so I was offered a smaller room that was still very nice. Although I haven't received my refund from the downgraded room. "
