I can’t believe that four seasons would put their name on this hotel. The staff is great and the rooms are nice but it’s in a bad part of town and there’s no soundproofing. The pool area is so sad.

Just OK! If you are looking for the real Four Seasons experience look to another property. This is an old worn out property that has been shined up but not true 5 star standards. The staff are excellent and that’s the only thing that makes it a Four Seasons.

The only thing negative was that the spa services were all booked up and we couldn’t get a massage, but other than that, it was a perfect small get away for me and my husband. The staff was soooo friendly, the food and drinks were amazing, the room so perfect.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was perfectly clean and well appointed. Exactly what you’d expect of a Four Seasons in a city. It is downtown however. It is ideal for going to events at the stadium but the area wasn’t great for walking around for other exploring.

Four seasons is an amazing hotel from our experience. Each and every employee had immaculate customer setvice, it was noticeable. Quality of the room is top-notch. You pay for it the quality, but rest assured it is there. Corner room was awesome.

Really lovely, fancy hotel. The staff were nice and agreeable but lacked follow through. We were missing a couple of items in our rooms, requested them from staff, and then they were never delivered. I was told they would accommodate our request for quiet rooms, and we were placed by an ice machine, a door where staff were coming and going, and above the pool where they play music evenings and weekend. Also a lack of fast casual dining. I was there with teens, but the dining in the hotel was really too fancy and pricey for feeding hungry teens. I suppose I should've known this hotel is best for fancy people doing fancy things.

Honestly, at first I felt upset because the room I had reserved was not available or there was something unforeseen at the locations. But I agreed to stay in another room, which was not bad, but when you plan to receive what you reserve, your experience is no longer the same! My surprise came when upon leaving the hotel I talked about my disagreement in this regard and very kindly the hotel receptionist and the general manager sent me an email with an unimaginable surprise, the truth is that, as always, four seasons always providing first-class service. Class, as well as its facilities, customer service staff and restaurants and bars, something formidable, delicious in every way, a fabulous experience!! toro toro restaurant a delight with an extraordinary culinary experience and bayou & bottle woo that say its drinks as well as its surprising dishes. Truly, apart from the surprise I received regarding my complaint, it is a company that truly cares and maintains the importance of its guests at a high level with high expectations of service.
