This hotel is quite wonderful: the rooms are stylish and spacious with views of the river and hills; the staff were helpful and kind; the breakfast was delicious; and the hotel is conveniently located near the river, places to eat, and stores. I highly recommend staying here.

Breakfast was not as original as the city promotes. But the hotel is very nice

The suites are located near Tokat city center in an open area, no tall buildings in the surrounding, thus air flow is perfect in the suites. Suites are spacious and clean, but there are no kitchenette available. Staff are polite and helpful, they accept pets for extra charges for cleaning. Parking is available on site. The business offers in room breakfast, charges are 45 TL for each person, but honestly the breakfast is moderate and could be better. You can also order meals from the hotels'...

This hotel is an important part of experiencing the beauty of the city. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is also a big advantage, as it is close to many places and makes getting around very easy. Overall, it was a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable stay.

The owner is a nice, friendly & laid-back man. He was awaiting me when I arrived since I contacted him in advance about my arrival time (good idea to do). He lives on site and can be contacted by phone/What'App. He made sure I had a functioning fridge, gave me an electric water kettle, offered me tea every day...and even drove me to the bus station when I left early one morning. Very cute 200 year old mansion turned into a small hotel. Helpful staff and nice breakfast. Very friendly cat and dog are bonus
