"Like the food and drink selection at the lounge. Love the view of the tower. Would prefer the toilet in the separate area instead of together with the bathroom. When booked did not know there is a kitchen in the room, personally not a fan. Although on the high floor, still hear the traffic quite loud at night. Love the swimming pool and hot spring facilities but a bit of a walk from the guest room more for business events hotel. Love the compliment private ride."

"One of the greatest experiences I’ve ever had travelling. Tokyo and the Tokyo exceeding all of our expectations. The staff were friendly and attentive. The property was perfect and central to everything that you’ll need: quick access to main train stations, shopping, food and of course entertainment. The rooms were big to fit our family of 4 comfortably. I would highly recommend families travelling to Tokyo to stay at this property. And not to forget, the Imperial Palace is close by. Thank you...

"Hotel property is great but just quite a distance to train station."
