"Was okay"

"Booked a room last minute for 2 nights for a hockey tournament. Seeing the Wyndham name thought it was going to be decent. Front desk guy smelled of alcohol. Should have been my first clue to leave. Reluctantly stayed one night as we arrived late in the evening and had my 3 young girls with me that neede to go to bed. Entire building smelled like marijuana. Dogs barking in room next to us. Bathroom was in disrepair, Toilet seat not attached to toilet! Heater/AC unit not functioning properly. Immediately booked a different hotel in the morning. Staff was not cooperative with providing refund for second night. Would never stay there again. Stay away!!!"

"It’s an older place to carpet in hallways disgusting . The elevator doors close REAL SLOW 😜. Staff is nice - nice bar . I think coffee should always be served free for travelers not 3.00"

"I was in a non smoking room that had cigarette butts on the floor, on the telephone key pad, ashes on the side on the tub, there were wrappers on the floor, the chair had crumbs in it, the pillows and sheets had stains and snot on them and the comforter had cigarette burn holes in it. It smelled horrible!! I didn’t even stay! There was no way I would ever stay there. It was so disgusting!"

"Okay hotel. We had a good experience, but we were a little confused why it is rated so well. The rooms are a little dated and could use a paint job. The staff were helpful but not exceptionally friendly, and the breakfast tasted pretty much like every other hotel. The definition of four stars. Okay in a pinch but not a hotel worth driving out of your way to visit. "

"For the most part, the staff was great! The rooms were huge and clean. The pool had plenty of clean towels. Bathrooms were stocked with clean towels etc. I did not like the sliding door on the bathroom- no lock. Plenty of lights, outlets, and charging ports in the rooms. Also tons of storage in the rooms. The shelves and closet made it easy to keep organized. Kitchenette was perfect. No stove, but microwave.... endless coffee, tea, and water in the lobby. The breakfast had a lot of good stuff - fresh juices, yogurts, breakfast sandwich supplies, breads and bagels, cereal, grits, waffle maker. "
