"Worst "all inclusive" hotel I've been to. Service was poor and I had to cancel my 2 nights after staying the first night and requested a refund. The manager with whom I interfaced had very poor customer service skills and seemed more interested to havd us cancel our stay rather than fix the issues. "David is a delightful host! Come here for an authentic and relaxing stay in Jamaica. We loved the room, it was plenty of space for 1 adult and 2 teens. We enjoyed the gorgeous sunset from the balcony, relaxing by the pool, and the easy access to some isolated and heavenly beaches."

"We 1st went November to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The weather,service, food, drink, and employees were fabulous. So in January we booked again and it was better than the 1st time. The staff actually remembered us!! Andre (pool bar), Jason, Nevin and Hagrain made our trip worth every penny. We would highly recommend this resort . Unfortunately it's closing for renovations.
