"We had an amazing time at Ocean Eden Bay. The swim up rooms were so great and the staff was very accommodating and nice. The dining options were endless and we had good food every time. 10/10 would recommend. "

"The property was beautiful! From the time we entered we were greeted with staff that offered assistance with our bags. We had about a two hour wait until our room was ready. I’m the meantime, my boyfriend and I decided to explore the property to see what there was to look forward to doing. We immediately dinned at the buffet and the food was immaculate every single meal time. Not too much room for improvement aside from telling guests the hours of operations of the buffet. The concierge were constantly hustling for people to book excursions which could be a little overwhelming when relaxation is the ultimate goal but hey, I get it. Overall, Markeeno as well as the other staff at the Aquarius bar, Ruchelle at the giftshop treated us with the utmost respect and kindness. For this, we will definitely return. "

"Jowayne was THE best receptionist ever I tell you. Check in process was smooth and if I had any lil inconveniences he was always there to help. Respect to all of the staff! bartenders, housekeepers, everyone in general was kind & helpful. Stayed for 4 nights it was a 10/10 would recommend. "

"It was very nice compare to the other 2 hotels. This was more conservative. We had access to the other 2 hotels. Riu Palace is by far the better hotel. I loved It there. "
