"The only thing that I have to say is that the restaurants are horrible. The food was terrible."

"I had a wonderful time staff was very friendly and helpful 😊 the food was good my overall stay was great will recommend to friends and family"

"I am writing to formally express my extreme disappointment and dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. This was my first time visiting your property, and given that the occasion was my birthday, I had anticipated a comfortable, clean, and enjoyable experience. Instead, what should have been a special and memorable occasion turned into an incredibly frustrating and unpleasant experience due to unacceptable room conditions and the disappointing manner in which my complaint was...

"Our stay at Excellence Oyster Bay was a wonderful experience! The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views and a peaceful, luxurious atmosphere. The property was well-maintained, and there were plenty of activities and amenities to enjoy throughout our stay. Although the resort is a bit far from Montego Bay, there’s so much to do on the property that you really don’t have to leave to have a great time. Overall, we had a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and I would...

"It is with great disappointment that I write let you know of the unnerving experience while on this trip. I have reported the details to the hotel directly but have been asked to notify you of my experience. In short, I was not able to enjoy my stay due to my hotel room being saturated with mosquitoes. This did not allow us to rest during our stay. We spent nights killing mosquitoes and scratching from mosquito bites. After leaving the hotel and returning home, I realized that some of my bites...

"Hosts were very welcoming and offered to help with just about anything you can ask for. Very pleasant stay and would definitely book here again!"

"There was nothing to like in reality you guys need to check properties before putting it on your website"

"Our clients had an amazing stay and couldn't stop talking about how much they enjoyed the property. They even said they didn't want to leave and are already looking forward to coming back! The home was exactly as described—beautiful, comfortable, and equipped with everything they needed. They especially loved having access to the pool and gym, which made their stay even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the host's kindness and flexibility. My client's son graduated on the day of check-in,...

"The host have great communication and easy to reach. I called him 2 AM in the morning and he answered."

"Wow. Great hotel I great area. Lovely room. Walking distance to many, many places. Sweet service in hotel bar and good breakfast there. Sooo glad we stayed there. Wish we'd had 14 days, not a mere 4."

"The staff (Chef Tony, Sandra, John’s, and Tifari) were great, they took such good care of us. My only constructive comment is that the lounge chairs by the pool all need to be replaced, as many of them are broken, also the kayak and paddle board should be replaced as they’ve seen better days."

"I didn't use the pool, Management was great!"

"We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. I even left my cell phone and property person told me and made it easy for me to have someone come and retrieve it."
