The staff was incredibly warm, friendly, and fun, every single person we encountered went out of their way to make sure we were having the best possible experience. Our room was beautiful, spotless, and extremely comfortable, the perfect balance of modern design and relaxing luxury. The hotel truly delivers on its promise of boutique luxury. It’s in the thoughtful details: the beautifully designed spaces, the curated daily events, and the overall atmosphere that makes you feel both pampered and completely at ease. The food was outstanding, and each restaurant had its own unique, stylish vibe. The DJ at the pool brought such a great energy, it made every afternoon feel like a celebration without ever being overwhelming. Honestly, we’ve never felt so welcomed or had such a consistently wonderful experience at a hotel. It was unforgettable, and we will absolutely be coming back. Shout out to Andres. "We had an amazing stay at Excellence Oyster Bay. The food was absolutely phenomenal and the service was outstanding from start to finish. A special shoutout to D’Andre, our waiter, who truly went above and beyond to meet all of our needs — he was such a joy and made our experience even more memorable. The rooms were very clean, the grounds were beautifully maintained, and even though the weather wasn’t great, our stay was still incredible. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this resort"
