"Comfortable and well-maintained rooms. The pool and beach were delightful. Great staff! The Activities & Entertainment team was awesome (Thanks, Jonah, Michael, Sabrina, Joseph, Thunder and Ricardo!)."

"This trip was the best birthday ever! The staff was amazing and acknowledged my birthday along with a few others who shared the same birthday. Thank you for making my day special!"

"My husband and I booked a luxury ocean view room that was supposedly upgraded to diamond. It seems the upgrade was being on the 7th floor. The room itself was basic and very small, however it was clean and the view was lovely. The staff are very friendly and polite. My only complaint regarding staff was that there was no extra effort made to inform guests about the activities happening on the property. "Hosts were very welcoming and offered to help with just about anything you can ask for. Very pleasant stay and would definitely book here again!"

"There was nothing to like in reality you guys need to check properties before putting it on your website"

"When we got to the security gate, they informed us that we were supposed to check in the next day. (Even though we presented the booking dates to them. After some time, the caretaker was able to come and do a quick clean of the place from a previous guest. The living room and bedrooms were pretty comfortable and had a lot of space for storing your things...

"The host have great communication and easy to reach. I called him 2 AM in the morning and he answered."

"Wow. Great hotel I great area. Lovely room. Walking distance to many, many places. Sweet service in hotel bar and good breakfast there. Sooo glad we stayed there. Wish we'd had 14 days, not a mere 4."

"I didn't use the pool, Management was great!"

"We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. I even left my cell phone and property person told me and made it easy for me to have someone come and retrieve it."

"The staff (Chef Tony, Sandra, John’s, and Tifari) were great, they took such good care of us. My only constructive comment is that the lounge chairs by the pool all need to be replaced, as many of them are broken, also the kayak and paddle board should be replaced as they’ve seen better days."

"I will strongly recommend, very clean and welcoming items was presented at the property. Will definitely booked again! One of the best."
