Hotel Indigo Turks Caicos Grace Bay by IHG

"My wife and I stayed at the newly opened Hotel Indigo for our first wedding anniversary, and we had an amazing experience! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and warm, and the rooms were beautiful, modern, and spacious. We did have an issue with our bathroom toilet on the last night, but the staff handled it quickly and professionally, promptly moving us to a new room. We really appreciated how smoothly they resolved the situation. Although the hotel isn’t beachfront, the daily golf-cart shuttle makes getting to the beach easy, or you can take the five-minute walk. Breakfast was one of our favorite parts of the stay. You can choose an entrée from the à la carte menu, prepared fresh, and also enjoy the buffet as often as you’d like. Everything was delicious! The staff truly made our stay memorable. Juju was a delight, gave us great food recommendations, and took wonderful care of us at breakfast, along with Profit. Profit even remembered our breakfast orders each morning, which showed how much attention the staff gives to their guests. We also enjoyed daily iced chai lattes and coffee from the on-site café, made by Jonathan, who greeted us every morning. Michal at the front desk was incredibly personable and knowledgeable about the hotel. He always took the time to chat with us! Lastly, Sator was the best, he gave us rides on the golf cart, made sure we had chairs on the beach, and always greeted us with a smile! He truly went above and beyond! 10/10 hotel ♥️"

"This property is a golden spot, right on front of a beautiful reef that can be explored right from the white sandy shores of the hotel. An amazing place, a very friendly staff. Very peaceful and well maintained. Our room was prime , right on front of the ocean, cannot get any better. I will truly recommend this hotel to any want. We will definitely come to the wind song on the Reef in T&C. A very wonderful experience"

"Really nice resort, multiple pools, in front of the beach. The bellboy was super nice, funny and hardworking, but the young front desk employee was giving attitude and I felt rushed to check in. The hotel is perfect to rest and swim in the sea + pool. I loved it, will definitely come back!"

"staff was amazing as soon as we drove up. we didn’t have to take our bags to our room or park our car. we got a tour of the property and when we arrived to our room our bags were there already. our room was amazing & very clean. staff was also very responsive and also suggested things for us to do. my husband and i were celebrating our anniversary when we went and the night before our departure we were gifted so many items! we were beyond grateful. we will be back!"

"Resort was very clean, rooms very comfortable well put together and the balcony was larger than expected. We enjoyed our time here and the location has shuttles to take you to the sister resorts too. It is walking distance to many other shops / restaurants. The only downside is there is only one restaurant but it was very good and lower priced than others. Staff was extremely kind. Overall would book one."
