Best hotel in town period.

This is a great property. The apartment had everything we needed to cook and eat a meal. It was modern with a new bathroom. Beds were very comfortable and room was spotless…very clean. We were in Innsbruck to see the Gundolf Family Tyrollean music Show. It was a 7 min walk from apartment and a six min drive fro historic center so it’s very convient Just be prepared as the desk is not always manned. Make sure you have entry code sent to you in advance and arrange for parking if required.

The girl at reception was very friendly and helpful. She took us to our room and was clearly proud of the hotel and what it offered. The hotel construction, furnishings and décor reminded us of stays we have had in castles and manors. Warm and inviting rooms, and the amenities were like those provided by much more expensive hotels. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to others.

Great location staff and the breakfast was outstanding. Train takes you right to the main left downtown.

Beautiful place

We came for a week of rest and found it here. Service was courteous and we especially enjoyed getting to know some of the waitstaff whom were more interactive with us and our dog. Very pet friendly hotel! The views were spectacular as we were able to enjoy a beautiful winter snowscape and as the weather warmed, we saw peeks of green and the beautiful color of the lake. Great place river view amazing!

Best hotel I stayed in Europe. Staff and owner were amazing. So friendly and helpful with hikes, even led me on a hike and drove me to train station and into town on golf carts. Beautiful hotel too and best views.

This property is absolutely stunning. Our room was gorgeous and had a great layout. The Sacher has a spectacular spa and the staff goes above and beyond!
