Not to mention, they add an automatic 18% gratuity to all drinks and meals, which we wouldn’t mind paying if the staff was friendly or prompt. The A/C did not work correctly and made e terrible noise all night long. "

Staff acted as if I was interrupting them anytime I asked for something. They had no clean towels for 3 of 4 days. Bar staff was nice and bar was only decent food. "
