For not speaking the same language it went very very smooth. Very clean and a great location. Any difficulties were solved. Only complaint is the walls were a little thin if you have neighboring guests.

This is one of the top places to stay in Lviv. Brand hotels may and can match most all amenities, but never the character of the facilities nor the ambiance. Clean, comfortable, and cozy warm in the -6 C, snowing evening. Professional reception gave us accommodation perfectly.

The location and overall architecture of this hotel is fabulous. Located on the Black Sea, you get that old world feel of Ukrainain culture. The staff was incredible, with a 24 hour Resturant, and room service, serving my every need, if they didn't have an item on the menu, they obtained it.
The hotel had every modern amenity that one could imagine, yet was quant enough for the staff there to provide individual service. This is got to be the cleanest hotel I ever stayed at. It is also an...

The property is well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is great and relatively quiet compared to the area around it. The room was very large and comfortable.

A truly nice small property 1-2 metro station from the heart of Kiev. suites/apartmnts are spacious and have everything you need. didnt try the breakfast they offer via the Patisserie adjacent, but their cakes and sandwiches are amazing.

This is a very nice, modern hotel which is especially convenient for those with late train arrival/early train departure from Lviv. My group of three had both and a good bit of luggage. The rooms were VERY nice, with lots of little things in the right places for very tired travelers. There were slippers in bags waiting and LOTS of space to work, relax and/or sleep. The hotel is in a courtyard off the busy Horodotska street but quiet. Breakfast buffet is very good in both the selection and...
