"I’ve been going to this hotel for years. First time I feel so disappointed. The lift situation is ridiculous now. While never great , you now need 45 minutes in the morning to get down to fetch your coffee and get back to your room. Service lifts are just as slow and you are on the lift with laundry bins and staff most of the time. The bed was not touched the entire time and I had a superior room. Just the basic bathroom necessities were done. The bed linens were so thin that I asked for a...
