"Everything is perfect there. Excellent location, close to metro and McDonald's. Excellent wifi, more than excellent breakfast, excellent bed and beddings. Excellent staff who go beyond expectations to meet your needs. Shower, excellent. Very nice swimming pool. The only thing is that I was promised to get an ash tray and matches, to be able to smoke on the terrace of my booked room, to this day still I am waiting for them.... "Foremost, the hotel is nice, our room have a beautiful view of tak mahal. But most importantly, it was the staff that is commendable. Many beautiful hotels but the staff here were so respectful, accommodating and will go far and beyond. Upon checking out, they asked if they were able to make our stay memorable. They did. I told them “the best thing that happened to me in India was my driver and them”. Sahil and kauslandor had made it evem more special with a packed breakfast. I will reccomend them to my friends and family."

"The service is second to none, anywhere in the world. Every member of staff is clearly well trained, genuinely warm, & consistently goes out of their way to help. This is a team that has been built with real care. The food was brilliant throughout. An excellent breakfast (both the buffet & a superb à la carte selection), & a wonderful dinner at Esphahan, where the chef specially prepared galuti kebabs for us off-menu on our second night, simply because I'd mentioned they were my favourite. A few members of staff made our stay truly unforgettable & I want to thank them by name: Koyel, at Esphahan, deserves the highest praise of all. Her warmth, thoughtfulness & the way she shared her own story with us made a lasting impression. Riya, also at Esphahan, was equally exceptional. Attentive, charming & full of genuine warmth and confidence. Both Koyel & Riya were the absolute stars of our stay & I have no doubt they'll go far in their careers. Thank you both, sincerely. Also Naman, the other Riya & Cathareen at breakfast, Kanav at the bar and the GM Rohit. The only issue (Rohit & the team are already actively looking into solutions), is the pigeons. They're a genuine nuisance across the resort & make a real mess on the balconies. Beyond being unsightly, this also raises a genuine health hazard. Given the amazing views, it's a point worth the hotel prioritising. That aside, best way to see the Taj; this is a truly brilliant hotel, among the very best in the world, without question"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at the Taj Ganges, Varanasi. From the moment we arrived, the warmth, hospitality, and genuine care of the staff made our visit truly memorable. A special mention goes to Prachi from the Front Office, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We would also like to recognize Abhishek, who assisted us with our luggage. He was extremely courteous, helpful, and attentive. His warm and willing attitude made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived."
