The staff was amazing. I want to specifically mention Nina and Matthieu at the reception, they were kind and helpful. We had the opportunity to talk to the owner too, he was helpful and a very nice guy. The location of the hotel resort is great: not far from the RN7 at the entry of Antsirabe. The outside design of the bungalows looked very attractive. The interior design of the bungalow where we were is nice. The outside landscape of the resort is very amazing. There is a beautiful pool there....

This property has been open for a year, but I was only the second foreign guest to date. The location probably explains why, as it is deep inside a slum neighborhood with only dirt roads and lots of mud puddles. However, the saving grace is the hotel's management, who went above and beyond in providing excellent service. On the night we checked-in, torrential rain made it impossible to go out and get dinner. Staff members drove us in their 4x4 to a restaurant, patiently waited for us, and drove...

A 5 star hotel in ANTA. The reception staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We ate at the upstairs restaurant, food was incredible, staff amazing, they went far and beyond to make us had an incredible night; the Maitre D was extremely nice and professional.
I think this is one of the best hotels in ANTA. We will definitely stay here again.

Food in the restaurant is excellent, and staff are nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The Gtand Urban offers great value for money, possibly the best value in town. The hotel is highly recommended for both business and leisure.

The property was very well located if you go on a business trip to Tana. And the hotel itself was modern, clean with a very friendly staff. Everybody was always smiling and ready to help.
