"Breakfast was good. room had strong cigarette smell, tried to turn fan, even more smoke odor, opened window but it faced a busy road, noise 24/7, NO air-conditioner, on the top of it toilet was not flushing, so had to use garbage bin to collect water and flush it manually. TV has only French channels. beds are singles/not wide."

"This property is the quintessential French countryside chateau with a castle. The grounds were impeccable. The staff were exceedingly attentive and helpful. Paul was especially helpful to my family and I who were visiting Europe for the first time. The rooms were pricy but it was during the Olympics. The rooms were similar to a motel 6, but the bed was very comfortable and the beauty of the property FAR outweighed the quality of the rooms. The restaurant in the castle was magnificent!"

"Breakfast was good and had variety. Staff was nice and helpful. Room is small and AC would turn off in the night. Area seems run down, and there were tons of mosquitoes. Expedia advertised room as a double and a twin, not a bunk bed. Hotel does not have any triple rooms that are not bunk beds; they are bunk or crib mattresses. "

"It was a lovely hotel, very quite. Only good with car access. Pontoise train station 10min away by car, where you can train to Paris. C is direct to eiffel Tower but it stope at every Bush takes an hour, but its nice. "
