I had a great stay in Paris. I came for some last-minute Christmas shopping and ended up being pleasantly surprised. The Grand Hotel Champs Elysees is right next to the beautiful Arc de Triomphe, which made the location perfect!!! The staff was super friendly, and the croissants at breakfast were a definite win!

This property is beyond 5 star! Beautiful, comfortable, large, staff was amazing, and stay was perfect. Wish we could have spend more days at location but it was already booked. Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed!

Staff were not that helpful and seemed disinterested in dealing with their guests. They have preregistration and that did not work at the property.
