"Upon receipt of booking confirmation I discovered that the reservation was made for Feb.4th instead of January 4th. I immediately telephoned Expedia on Dec. 24 and spoke with Tracy about the error. She tried to call the hotel but due to the holiday season she was not able to reach anyone. She told me that she will pass the information to her supervisor for follow up. "The first person that check us in wasn’t very welcoming and seemed to not have a lot of patience for our inquiries. However, the rest of the staff, made up for it. The staff during restaurant staff were kind and welcoming and specifically a staff member at the front desk- who I spoke to later, was very helpful. Overall, the hotel had everything we needed and very convenient to be across the airport and included breakfast- one last thing to worry about as we had an early morning flight. "

"Stayed in a family room, the mezzanine level with 2 twin beds was ideal for our primary school aged children and meant they could sleep whilst we were still awake. The room was basic but perfectly adequate and the bed was comfortable and clean. The curtains were also effective at darkening the room. There is some plane noise but minimal given the vicinity. The bathroom is dated but clean. The breakfast was very good and worth the price particularly for children. "

"The staff was friendly and love their jobs and it showed. The Assistant Front Office Manager - Anissa Bouzfour went over and above to make our stay excellent. The rooms were clean and nice and the breakfast buffet was worth every penny. The lobby is open and spacious. The best hotel value in Paris. Close to airport and an easy train ride to the city. "

"I recommend this property highly for those needing to spend the night near the airport. The shuttles run every half an hour, the front desk staff go up and beyond to help you with any situation that you might be in. I personally had the wrong last name on my air ticket. They helped scan my passport and we’re willing to send the information to the airline for me that airline had requested from me. I was so touched by the generosity and kindness. It’s a very quiet clean hotel with a wonderful breakfast selection,if you happen to take the breakfast option. Thank you again Marriott it was an enjoyable stay. "
