Spacious room , excellent breakfast and very helpful staff.

Nice service nice room nice breakfast all you need in hotel !!!

We were impressed by the wonderful organisation in the restaurant, despite the large number of guests. The waiters and helpers seemed to really love their work. The food also was very good, considering the price we paid.

Good

Great hotel stayed several times, nice rooms clean and comfortable, love the Rock & Roll house over the road. Within walking distance of Benidorm Palace.

Staff was very helpful. Rooms were always well clean. Spa was great. Had a great view from the room.

I’ve stayed here for two diff trips. It’s a good hotel. I did have to change rooms cuz the room by the elevator was loud from the mechanisms to make it go up and down. But it’s a good hotel. Most of the staff was friendly except one girl whose name I forgot. Close to the beach.

Great hotel with AMAZING VIEW! Nice place in a beautiful and elegant city.

All in all...great experience. Breakfast was very good. Great location. Only two issues: 1. If you have a pool view room and want an early night, not a chance. Music from outside "In and Out" (bar) is very loud and goes to about midnight. This was rarely a problem for me since most nights I didn't get back to room until midnight to 2 am. 2. If you are offered rooms ending in 12 or 16 it gets noisy because this is where the stairwell is and also where the cleaners keep there supplies and...

Las condiciones en general eran buenas, y el personal siempre fue atento y presto buen servicio.

We had a great time.. The room is very clean, very friendly staff, far away from the city but very relaxing ..

Staff was very nice, great breakfast, excellent location!

This was not a stay at magic rock gardens. They closed that hotel and relocated us to Magic Tropical Splash. Fantastic hotel for families. Could use a touch up on the water slides and different access stairs as they’re kinda old but overall a fantastic stay. Great personnel and great food for being a buffet. A lot of variety and a lot of vegetarian options. Only negative is that they have a parking but that is almost full all the time so you have to park on the street.
